Best creation order
1. Define the product, audience, outcome and key moments. 2. Create and review the demo storyboard. 3. Record or upload the real product scenes ReelReady marks for capture. 4. Generate only the supporting creative that genuinely needs AI. 5. Trim, sequence and finish the reel in Assembly, then export the MP4.
Generation blocked?
Paid generation requires a signed-in user, a configured cloud connection and the relevant external provider credential on the server. The UI should tell you which prerequisite is missing rather than silently failing.
Billing and cost questions
ReelReady planning is separated from paid media generation. Final video routes calculate a provider estimate before the request is submitted. Provider pricing may change, so the estimate shown at the point of generation is the relevant one.
