← ReelReady StudioPRIVACY & AI PROVIDERS

Know where your creative goes.

ReelReady separates private project storage from the external AI services used when you deliberately request image, video or audio generation.

Private ReelReady storage

Source media, including uploaded product clips and browser screen recordings, and exports are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets in the current product architecture. Access to user projects and generation routes is authenticated and project records use row-level access controls.

When external AI providers receive data

Planning, storyboard editing and capturing real product footage do not require that footage to be sent to a paid media-generation provider. When you choose a generation action, the material required for that request is sent to the relevant provider. The current integrations include fal.ai for image, final-video and lip-sync workflows; Alibaba Model Studio for the lower-cost draft-video route; and ElevenLabs for voice, music and sound effects.

What ReelReady should not imply

Private storage inside ReelReady does not mean a selected third-party provider never processes the asset. Provider processing is a separate step and should always be made clear at the point of generation.

Deletion

Projects can be deleted from the Studio. The current deletion flow removes the project, storyboard, scenes and generation history while reusable source assets are kept in the separate Assets library. Users should remove reusable library assets separately when they no longer want them retained.
